J & J McCosh has been providing legal servies to clients in Dalry, Kilbirnie and Beith in the Garnock Valley and across Scotland. We believe in providing an excellent service to our clients in the areas we cover.
Whilst based in Dalry in North Ayrshire, the firm provdes a wide range of legal services to clients throughout the West of Scotland and beyond.
Ian Briggs, our senior partner, has been with J & J McCosh for over 30 years. Ian is assisted by Kirsty Dickson and leads a team of experienced legal professionals who are all focused on helping our clients with their legal needs.

J & J McCosh provides help and support for clients across a wide range of legal matters.
We provide a “one stop shop” for all property owners starting with the estate agency of their house, through to its sale and the purchase of a new home.
We look after clients’ personal legal needs whether it is making a Will or a Power of Attorney to looking after the estates of those who have passed away.
Unfortunately, couples separate and in those situations we will assist in the preparation of a Separation Agreement to regulate and normalise arrangements between the parties.
From a commercial law perspective, we deal with all aspects of commercial sale, commercial purchase and commercial leasing. In addition, we assist client with their business formations when there is a need for a Partnership Agreement.
